Bondage is not always Shibari
I love shibari- the way it looks- it's art! But honestly- I freak out by the idea of execution- I don't have the patience to do all these complicated knots, and I also wouldn't have the patience, I think, to be tied up in them as well. Why make it complicated if it can also be easy?
Bondage for beginners
So I thought lets make a video with a simple knot! I managed to get Shay Tiziano to work with me on it- she's a QUEEN on bondage (mainly self bondage- but then in the air!!) She is fucking amazing, and in the meantime managed to explain in a very simple way how this knot needs to be done. Even I could do it, although I still need the video to have a look each time that I try it again:)

Now- I know that bondage is not for everyone. The more control freaky you are, the harder it is to be tied. And being tied in a vulnerable position, with your legs spread for instance? Thats a whole new level of exposure, and not for everyone.

Of course. Consent, state rules (and keep them), and make sure it's done in a respectful way.
How to make sure it's safe
Bondage is NOT about the pain. So as soon as you feel that something is painful, or getting numb, address it so your partner can loosen you up a bit, or try a different knot. It's not a complicated knot, and I love it that tying like this is making the knot wide enough to be still able to move, but tight enough that you can't go anywhere:)
